Heidi’s kindness and attention to detail is an excellent breath of fresh air when it comes to dog grooming. She is very accommodating and diligent in understanding the dog’s needs one-on-one. We felt extremely comfortable taking our high-maintenance diva of a senior dog, Charley, under the loving care of Heidi for about an hour full body haircut. She made sure to understand exactly how we liked our Bichon-Schnauzer’s haircut, asking us where his hair needed to be thinner to keep him cool during the summer without him looking bald, what styles looked best on him and with his lifestyle, and finally, where he needed extra care around his skin tags and aging bones....read full review
