Elishah did such a great job! He was very kind and professional. The whole process of booking and getting the service done was excellent. As a mom of a toddler and two large (shedding) dogs, we desperately needed to have our couch professionally cleaned. I’m really glad we decided to have it done!
Elishah came and took are of several stains from my cat who had a medical issue. It was only his second day with the company. Place looks great. He was efficient and took care to ask if I was satisfied with his work. Great Job!!!
Safe-Dry did a good job cleaning our carpets after having a mouse problem with droppings. They were able to remove the droppings and sanitize the carpet. There was some miscommunication when our tech originally came out (we were told they would move furniture to clean under the bed, but this was not done initially) but the problem was resolved instantly when we called to address this issue and he returned the next day at no extra cost. We were very satisfied with the end result.
