“Don Wood stands behind their work! I purchased a new home that was plumbed by Don Wood plumbing in 2006. Over a decade later we called Don Wood out to repair a leaking kitchen faucet. Their serviceman while working on the repair discovered another problem that was made in 2006 where a tiny hole in a drain pipes had seeped a tiny amount of water over a decade. It was in a sealed hollow area behind our sink cabinet. The serviceman noticed it. He called Don spoke a bit and handed me the phone. Don had a team of workers out almost immediately to take care of what could have been a major repair for any home owner. Don also hired a local company to make sure the mold they found was completely removed and clean.I have called Don Wood for every plumbing need or concern we have had with our personal and our investment properties. Hoit, their service manager, is very forthright and he gets their right people out on time every time or in the rare exception he calls and explains why there is a delay. I strongly recommend using Don Wood to anyone who has a plumbing need, big or small.“
