“I had to wait a few weeks to get my two AC condensers cleaned but I should have done it in the spring. I waited because trees and limbs were going to be cut. 1 lb of Freon was needed for the main floor. The next day the AC was worse and the units were running all the time. I asked for someone to come out and recheck the units. Josh came out the next morning. He said because of the heat it was normal for the thermostat to be a few degrees higher. I showed him pictures of how high both thermostats got in the afternoon until late night
He said he cooled down the condenser with his water hose and adjusted the Freon (did not add any more). I do not know what adjusted means. Today at 3 pm the main floor is 74 which is what I have set it on, and it feels cooler than before the weather got hot, even in my hottest room on the other side of the house from the unit it is cool. Upstairs I have it set to 72 which was nice during the night but thermostat in hall says 76 now. There are no vents in my halls and I do believe the rooms are comfortable now. Josh did not charge me again. Thank you Josh!“
