“My girlfriend’s car wouldn’t start. Her key was all kinds of messed up. We called Johnson’s and within a few hours he was there working on her a new key. He had to copy the key, cut the new key, and program the key fob. He was “so” friendly. He then gave me a great price on a 2nd key so she would have a spare. He built her 2 brand new keys and programmed them in about 30mins. I would say this was as good of an experience as you could ask for. A+ customer service. I would highly recommend Johnson’s to anyone needing work from a locksmith.”

“I recently bought a used car that came with only one key—and it was worn out, the shell was broken and duct taped back together. It barely worked because it was so worn. I called the local Lincoln dealer to order a key replacement, and instead they highly recommended Cool Springs Lock & Key.

From the moment I contacted them, my experience was great. The price was literally half of what I expected, and they came to me—true concierge service.

They ordered two brand‑new factory keys, laser cut them from the factory key code (rather than replicating my worn out key) and he programmed them on the spot. He even programmed two remotes for me that I had bought on eBay - for no additional charge.

Cool Springs Lock and Key is now my “I got a guy” anytime the subject comes up in the future.
