“I started jiu-jitsu in August of 23. When I started I just wanted to lose some weight and have a new hobby. I got a ton more than I planned for. Professor Bruno has coached me to placing and even winning in every tournament I have signed up for. I weighed 323 lbs in August of 23 as of May 24 I weigh 254. Loss of almost 70 lbs. My mental health has skyrocketed. And I can't say enough what this place and these people mean to me. I have since enrolled my 6 year old son and soon will enroll my 3 year old daughter.“
