“We had exceptional service from Bryan and his team! We completely remodeled an upstairs bathroom and it turned out beautifully. They gave us a daily task document so we would know what was being done and who was coming each day. The contractor, Don, was also awesome. He made sure they completely cleaned up in the afternoon and was there first thing in the morning to put drop cloths down so nothing was tracked thru the house. He was meticulous in all the work he did. Victoria, the designer, brought in different materials to look at, so making choices was so easy. “It would be hard to imagine a more professional company than Great Looks. When I first called Nathan, my call was returned in 15 minutes. He answered all my questions. As this was a new house under construction, I kept him in the loop as to the progress. When we were able to let him take measurements, he was on time and very efficient. He estimated a delivery date but actually brought them in over 2 weeks ahead of his original timeframe. Installation of 17 windows took slightly over 5 hours - how he did it that fast I'll never know. The shutters looks great, are of top quality and have added so much to our new home.
