Had a backed up tub drain on a Sunday evening. Texted the owner of Prodigy Sunday night and he answered right away that he’d have someone there on Monday. Called about a clogged bathtub drain and had a great experience start to finish. Mark called back right away (even though it was Saturday) and was polite and helpful getting everything scheduled. Bob arrived right on time for the appointment and did excellent work clearing the drain. He also took the time to give me expert advice on ongoing maintenance to address future issues.
