Several years ago, my provider moved to One Medical, and I had to learn about a new approach to primary care. Since then, it has completely reshaped my view of medicine. I’ve recommended One Medical to friends and co-workers many times. For a reasonable membership fee, the access to thoughtful primary/family care, along with the navigation and coordination through a network of specialists, is really beyond peer for the cost.
When Amazon acquired them, I definitely had concerns, but the lower cost for Prime members has turned it into yet another benefit. My greatest hope is that One Medical continues to evolve, retain high-quality providers, and move further into integrative health by incorporating more functional medicine aspects into their approach to health, wellness, and longevity.
I also hope their Medicare option for seniors becomes available in more markets as patients transition into that stage of life. Having continued excellent care and care navigation as we age would be incredibly valuable.

Junior and his crew do a great job. They did a full landscaping of my new construction back yard, including sod, pavers and a built in fire pit. They did such a good job, that when my office was in search of standard monthly landscape maintenance, we hired them as well. They maintain our parking lots, shrubs and plants and keep things looking top notch!

Coach Michael is wonderful with young kids, a patient, open presence, which our two boys really gravitated toward during his time as a coach. Very proud of him for launching his own classes and the Elizabeth is a warm, safe and pleasant space for kids to learn with him. Highly recommended.

Nena is an AMAZING Massage Therapist! I had a Massage Therapist injure my low back a year ago, so now I only book with light pressure Therapists. I came across Gentle Soul Massage and decided to give it a shot. Nena’s massage is perfect! Enough pressure to make a difference but not too much that it hurts. My back and neck always feel so much better after seeing her and I almost always fall asleep because it’s so relaxing. Where do I start?! This review is long overdue- I am naturally a dark brunette and had been getting my hair done by the same gal for the last 10 years who brought me to blonde- or so I thought.. I was happy until I met Zara.
Let me tell you- Zara is the exception of hair professional. She not only looked at the heath of my hair, but delivered exactly what I had been wanting for nearly a decade!
I was stuck in the routine of my same hair gal (also bff for over 15years!) and never got the results that I finally found with Zara.
Let me explain- being a natural brunette and wanting striking blonde with highlights, on the silver/ ashy side, is a feat to request. Especially from root-to tip-. I was prepared to accept an interim, but that is not what I got.

She delivered what I wanted, how I wanted, and kept my hair safe! I actually have more hair growth now than I’ve had in over 10 years. She listens, she advises and will speak honestly. I am so grateful I found her- she also took care of me during an emotional period I. My life. I did the worst mistake and cut myself “bangs”. Without judgement, Zara extended herself, time and expertise into helping me regain confidence. I didn’t even ask! Great experience. Noelle quickly installed twists on my natural 4C hair. The twists were tight and even. Noelle also tucked my ends and put a loose rubber bands on the end of each twist. (I didn't know she did this until I got home and looked in the mirror.) I have a somewhat sensitive scalp, but there was absolutely no soreness of my scalp after she was done. It's 2 weeks later and no frizz to speak of. Overall great experience. I will be back. Thank you, Noelle!

He’s a very skilled hair stylist/barber with a humble adaptable approach to make sure he styles and cuts your hair to your exact preference. Since '99, Kathy has been an expert in her line of work, with a long list of loyal customers like me, and for a stylist with her caliber, I feel she is very reasonably priced, professional, and an absolute delight to be around. I recently visited this spot for two treatments back-to-back: full-body cryotherapy one day and a spray tan the next, and I am thoroughly impressed! Cryotherapy: The full-body cryo session was a game-changer. At first, I was a bit nervous about stepping into such an extreme cold, but the staff made me feel completely at ease. They explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It only took a few minutes, and I walked out feeling so rejuvenated. My muscles felt less sore, and I had this incredible boost of energy afterward. If you're looking for a quick recovery after a workout or just a way to feel refreshed, I highly recommend giving this a try! Disclaimer: the machine quite noisy and a lot of nitrogen pours from the top. This can be very overwhelming if you don't know this ahead of time. Spray Tan: The next day, I came back to try their warm spray tan, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The tan is perfectly even, with a natural-looking color (no orange hue at all!). The technician Hannah was super detailed, making sure the application was flawless. Plus, it dried quickly, so I didn't have to worry about staining my clothes afterward. Now I feel like I've got a sun-kissed glow without the harmful UV exposure. Thanks to Rosha for her kind and friendly demeanor at the front!

Kate was fantastic! I'm very new to getting my nails done, so I have only been to two salons. Kate's service at XO Beauty was so good that it made me realize the other salon (Shellac Nails in Hillsboro) wasn't as good as I thought it was.
Kate chatted with me the whole time, she answered all of my questions and she was very detailed and careful with my nails. She even cleaned up the chunky glue left under one nail by the other salon, and she helped me pick the perfect shimmery fall color I was looking for.
XO Beauty's space is really nice too, I love all the plants and it's in a great location next to my favorite bakery. I will be back!

I am impressed with how sweet and kind Arkjit was to us. It was our first time and she explained what was happening and encouraged us as we went through the process. I absolutely hate wearing mascara. It always looks good for about an hour then it starts to look bad. My daughter and I had our lashes lifted and colored and wow, I love it! I always have had long thick lashes so my new, with age, shorter and thinner lashes do not make me excited. This was the trick for me, at least for right now. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon.

I had such a wonderful experience here. Christina cut my hair and I absolutely love it. I showed her a picture and she knew exactly what to do and explained everything she was doing, which was really nice and even gave me some pointers on how to curl my hair and some products to use. I also have an appointment with her to get my hair colored soon and blend my greys to where it's low maintenance. Really looking forward to that and how my hair will turn out. Got a few haircuts here from Sara Flaig. She's great! The location is easy to get to and there is plenty of street parking if their small lot fills up. The salon is inside an old house and each stylist gets their own room. So it doesn't feel crammed like most hair salons. Definitely recommend.

I have only seen her for two Hydrafacials so far, but it is evident that she exudes kindness, love and care. She creates such a relaxing environment, from the moment you walk into the room it feels like a weight is lifted off your shoulders and you are able to just focus on the present moment and be pampered. I have a plethora of skin issues, hyperpigmentation, all kinds of acne scars, and uneven skin texture, and had really given up on any kind of treatment to improve my skin. My mom (who has been a client of Miriam’s for years) encouraged me to get a facial and dermaplane, and I finally did it. My skin looked better after seeing Miriam one time than it has in the last ten years, and continued to improve with the products and routine she suggested. I was so happy with the results I’ve decided to continue investing in my skin and face with her and have now started microneedling. After 6 days of no power and no one else able to figure the problem out, Steele Electric had things taken out, rewired, and replaced in an hour. I cannot recommend this company enough. We are so happy with the work the team at Mike's Electric did for us. Aaron and Matt were amazing and knowledgeable (and so sweet to our dog, too). We have a unique setup with track lighting and puck lighting in our kitchen, and they sourced matching replacements, upgraded our transformers, and taught us things along the way. It was easy to pay our bill online, everything was transparent, and when they decided not to install the dimmer switches they automatically removed it from our bill. They cleaned everything before they left and I couldn't be happier. My kitchen is bright again and we will absolutely call Mike's Electric the next time we need work done.
Igor came to our home at short notice and reviewed our electrical needs. There happened to be an outlet that needed attention and he replaced it on the spot for a fair price. He explained a lot of the things that we needed to know about EV chargers and gave us a better understanding of tax rebates. He is a great communicator and very prompt replying to text and email. Tesla electric was referred to us by a neighborhood friend, who had a good experience with them . Igor is knowledgeable and very experienced with a diverse background. We really enjoyed meeting him and we look forward to calling on him if we have a need in the future.

Posting with five stars just because I know a one-star won't get any views. This locksmith company is so shady. Do not use them. At least not if you have a car with expensive parts. These guys stole my ECM and the OBD2 plug and it's been over a month since they came to make me a key and took off with my parts off my car without permission. Left my dash torn apart. I'm baffled at how they can sleep at night and wake up every morning feeling ok with themselves. I'm a single mom who had to get help from a church!

Highly recommended. Allen and Bre are wonderful to work with. They helped us with inspiration, design, and execution for a major remodel covering most of our house. Importantly, Allen showed meticulous dedication to getting things right. For instance, when a subcontractor installed our large quartz kitchen backsplash with too big a gap under the stove hood, Allen noticed it immediately and insisted on them ripping it out and staring over. There was no drama on our end, things just got fixed. I really appreciated the attention to detail for a big project like this. It took a long time from beginning to end, but the results were fantastic. We've lived in the updated house for several years now and I'd absolutely do it all over again with Cornerstone.

We live in the basement lock-off of a house in the mountains where we can see lots of pests. While doing our spring cleaning this year we contacted Quality Pet Solutions for a general pest consultation and spray. Bear was our technician. He is a local and I can't say enough about his professionalism. He was flexible when making our appointment. On our scheduled day he texted ahead of time to confirm our appointment. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We walked the property and he showed me things I should be aware of when it comes to pests. He applied a general spider pesticide (organic) to both the inside and outside of our perimeter. Thankfully he didn't see any major signs of intrusion or damage. He said these types of checks are good to do at least 2 times a year to keep your home free of pests. We will be calling Bear next time we need any pests removed.Service: General pest inspection

The owner is very responsive (self proclaimed workaholic). He understood my need and timeline for a solar project and scheduled his crew for quick response and they showed up with some amazing equipment; they were a humble but friendly and definitely incredibly hard working and professional bunch, and did an amazing job. My wife brought them water/coffee/snacks/a meal and they were very appreciative, talkative, and well mannered. I asked how long they were with the company; some more than a decade and the one with the least time had three years onboard. I felt they moved with a great sense of purpose and strong emphasis on safety. I felt the price for the service was fair, particularly given that several of the trees were large maples hanging over my house. They were happen to pile the logs and the mulch (which we wanted to keep on our property) in a convenient location for us. Great job J&F Tree! I’d highly recommend working with this company, especially because they are very safe and professional, they know what they are doing, and they have all the right equipment (the all terrain bucket machine was straight out of a Sci Fi movie!).

I was looking for a dentist away from all the local dentists I've tried close to my house. I looked up dentists in the Beaverton area and Dr. Alex Marrero at Summercrest Dental popped up. I called and talked to the receptionist for probably 15 min. She was so nice and I felt like she really wanted to get to know me and what I was needing done. Well, just by her taking her time with me, I decided to give it a shot. The Dentist, Alex Marrero met me at the door and welcomed me in. Let me just tell you, Dr. Marrero was super friendly, had a sense of humor, had great music playing and asked me questions about my issues before looking in my mouth, again, I felt like he wanted to get to know me and not just my mouth/teeth. Dr. Alex also was very thorough cleaning my teeth and I felt like he did a wonderful job, my teeth have never felt so clean. The dental assistant was so helpful and sweet and even though she was wearing a mask, I could see her big smile shining through it. Great team work!! I was very disappointed when the Dentist told me, "I will see you in 6 months,"... as I was looking forward to coming back sooner. Oh, and also, I have hated my smile for so long due to a chip I have in my front teeth, Dr. Marrero fixed my chip and I feel so much better about myself and can't wait to actually smile in my pictures now. This was my first time to a Chiropractor. I was extremely nervous about possibly creating more pain than I have been dealing with.. however, that wasnt the case at all! I was dealing with uncomfortable, inconsistent pain in my left leg stretching all the way from my hip down to my shin. I completely struck out trying to figure out how to diagnose or resolve it on my own, and other doctors couldn't seem to pinpoint the issue either. Because of that, I was absolutely amazed at how quickly I was able to get relief here—after just one visit, the pain subsided.

We had the best experience here for our young cat yesterday. The front desk staff were incredible and patient with all the questions I asked throughout the whole process and was able to get my kitty in on the cancellation list which was wonderful. The vet tech was so informative and knowledgeable- every thing she told us to expect happened so we had no surprises when coming home. Lastly the vet who worked on Rocket, Dr.Brooks, was incredibly compassionate, kind, and gave our cat the best care, his recovery has been fantastic. This review is for Dr. Franklin and long overdue. If no one can figure out what's going on with your pet, go to Dr. Franklin, he's seen it all. 11 years ago I had a young cat who had some kind of issue no one could figure out. I had paid thousands of dollars to have her examined by 10 different vets and all the labs etc. I was on the verge of losing my job because of how much care she needed. My last stop was Dr Franklin. He wasn't sure what was going on initially, but within a few days he made a presumptive diagnosis of FIP. When I researched FIP, my cat fit the profile almost exactly. This is not a disease many vets see in their career, and I'm so relieved to have been sent to Dr. Franklin. He prepared me for her passing and offered a lot of support. He removed such a huge burden by just being there and available to triage any problems, answer questions, and set expectations so I no longer felt I was going through this alone. I can't thank you enough Dr. Franklin, I've never forgotten your kindness.

Amazing vet office for rats! Compassionate and knowledgeable staff who understand rats (and thier people) at reasonable rates. We drive an hour to see them, but worth it for a great vet connection!
Love the new doctor. It was reassuring to see the same wonderful person at the front desk, and the technician was terrific. The office is clean and it is easy to navigate from lobby to exam rooms.

The Incredible Dr. Ramsell and her team have given us the best exotic pet service and outcomes that I have experienced. My family is very satisfied with the service here. So far, 2 leopard gecko problems and the first one is back to thriving after a respiratory infection.
The second is a bit of a guarded prognosis yet, but I can see that Dr. Ramsell is very interested in the case and is willing to go the extra mile on this mystery. This is in stark contrast to our experience at a famous ER in Portland last week. With exotics you basically need a specialist or that rare vet who is willing to take on the challenge for the sake of saving a life, and I feel like both of those converge here.
Aloha Dog and Cat is our primary care vet for two German Shepards and two cats. The staff here has never been anything less than respectful and professional. They're prices are extremely reasonable especially in this day and age which is appreciated. The staff is knowledgeable, has never steered us wrong or misdiagnosed/mistreated our pets and the vets are always willing to chat and answer questions if something comes up. We've had a handful of unfortunate circumstances with our pets and they've helped with referrals to specialists amd/or top notch follow up care. Thanks to Tanasbourne Vet Emergency and this office, they're all still with us and doing well.

First time there, and was stressed as it was. From the moment we got to the front desk, to departing, it was absolutely wonderful. Our older senior golden Labrador doesn’t get grooming often so she only had her nails clipped, ears cleaned and anal glands expressed on the floor (as I informed them she can’t get on a table) and they went right to work on the floor like Indy car racers changing out a tire ?❤️, fast but efficient.
Very quick and good at trimming dog nails. Took my dogs in today for a bath and grooming…they did an amazing job! My dogs look great!
I take my pup, Jade, to Noah’s Arf for doggy daycare a couple days a week on average and she LOVES it! The second we turn down the street she starts getting excited and is ready to jump out of the car to start playing with her friends!
I am new to the area so finding a place so soon that helps me feel comfortable and safe leaving my fur baby has been so great. The staff are all so friendly and learned Jade’s name by the 2nd or 3rd drop off. They always have such positive things to say about her and she always comes home wiped out from playing ?? we haven’t used overnight boarding services yet but plan to eventually!
I've been seeing Donica for several months due to chronic migraines. I had tried acupuncture previously, but the treatments did not help - however, Donica has worked her magic! During our first appointment, I was extremely impressed by the way that she took plenty of time to review my history and my ongoing ailments. She really looks at you as a whole person to figure out the best treatment approach. Donica is attentive and kind, and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her clients. She has extensive knowledge of herbal supplements which have been a great complement to the acupuncture treatments. She answers all of my questions (and I ask a lot!) with simple , but complete responses that help me understand how acupuncture is helping my body. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone considering acupuncture!
Coach Michael is wonderful with young kids, a patient, open presence, which our two boys really gravitated toward during his time as a coach. Very proud of him for launching his own classes and the Elizabeth is a warm, safe and pleasant space for kids to learn with him. Highly recommended.
I've been attending this yoga studio for several years, and it has been a wonderful place to practice yoga or pilates and connect with a welcoming community. The instructors are kind and knowledgeable, and the studio is consistently clean and inviting.

I met Nikki professionally a few months ago while pregnant with my third, and was so thrilled to hear she was expanding her practice- I knew I had to experience it first hand for myself. Makeda was amazing! I saw her for a prenatal massage at 38 weeks pregnant and had a smooth delivery 2 days later. She had an incredibly comfortable set up and used just the right amount of pressure without it being too ‘light and fluffy’. I’d recommended her and Vega Massage to anyone.

I started with a 3hr session to learn about my issues and really get in-depth about what was going on with my body. I didn't know what to expect, but I hoped that it wouldn't be a typical massage session going through the routine of the massage, and I was pleasantly surprised that it became more of a thorough assessment while massaging and working on my body. I recently had an ashiatsu and therapeutic massage with Jess. She took her time to hear concerns, making sure pressure was comfortable throughout the sessions. It was my first time experiencing ashiatsu and loved the dynamic experience of it. Highly recommend her.

WOW WOW WOW! I just had another incredible deep-tissue massage with Anna (my second time), and she is absolutely incredible. She really knows how to work deep and target exactly what your body needs. Erica is very friendly and professional. Her office/bathroom/private exam rooms are all very clean and she uses sterile practices. I look forward to my appointments with her because I always leave feeling relaxed and pain free. She asks questions and listens and always asks if there’s anything new I’d like addressed and if I feel any improvement from last appointment. I highly recommend Erica specifically. Aside from the co pay services were covered thru my employer provided group health insurance.
I've worked with Kerry for years. Initially I was referred to her for sciatica. She ended up resolving not just that but all of my fibromyalgia symptoms as well. To this day if I start getting fibro symptoms she's my go to. One session and she kicks it to the curb. Pretty good considering western medicine says it isn't curable and your only choice is to learn to live with horrific symptoms for the rest of your life.
This has been my chiropractor since I moved back to the valley 3 years ago. I train Jiujitsu, and I work at a restaurant wholesale store, ALOT of heavy lifting. They do amazing work realignment, A.R.T. Therapy where they scrape muscle fascia and electro therapy with a tens machine. They teach you how to maintain and progress out of injuries, strains or just aches n pains. They also offer massage and acupuncture aswell! They are in a shopping center that has an amazing thai restaurant and coffee stop too!
