“Several years ago, my provider moved to One Medical, and I had to learn about a new approach to primary care. Since then, it has completely reshaped my view of medicine. I’ve recommended One Medical to friends and co-workers many times. For a reasonable membership fee, the access to thoughtful primary/family care, along with the navigation and coordination through a network of specialists, is really beyond peer for the cost.<br><br>When Amazon acquired them, I definitely had concerns, but the lower cost for Prime members has turned it into yet another benefit. My greatest hope is that One Medical continues to evolve, retain high-quality providers, and move further into integrative health by incorporating more functional medicine aspects into their approach to health, wellness, and longevity.<br><br>I also hope their Medicare option for seniors becomes available in more markets as patients transition into that stage of life. Having continued excellent care and care navigation as we age would be incredibly valuable.”
