Sharon is an expert at her craft. Extremely knowledgeable about acupuncture, recovery, and nutrition. I’m 26 and I’ve been in for different issues and the quality of care I’ve received has been wonderful. I come out of an acupuncture session feeling an instant difference. She sends you home with “homework” which includes stretches, exercises, and nutrition suggestions. So I get both acupuncture and PT. Her knowledge in weight training/powerlifting is extremely helpful too. Highly recommend for anyone of any age.
