as temperatures were getting warmer and the house was getting uncomfortable, we found out the heater and hvac system was not working right. we have used this company for years and have always been pleased with their service, professionalism, and repair work. we left a message and also reached out to a few other hvac repair companies because it was a busy season, but john called back quickly and even stopped by later that day. he inspected the system, found the issue fast, and repaired it right away. a damaged exterior wire had worn through and caused a short, which was keeping the system from running properly. we were worried it might mean a major heater or hvac replacement, but john was able to get everything working again for a much lower cost than expected. he explained the problem clearly, worked efficiently, and made the whole repair visit easy and stress free. we really appreciated the quick response, honest diagnosis, and quality service.

I would highly recommend Dr Hall for any of your back or neck, pain issues. He can even help sciatica and any other issue you're facing. I have been a long-term believer of chiropractic for helping matters of the spine. You have to have at least 3 to 4 adjustments to put your spine in alignment so the muscles learn the new position.

A Truly Wonderful Experience — Kristen Is Amazing!
I can’t say enough good things about Kristen! My husband surprised me with a last-minute haircut and color before our wedding and told me it was his gift to me. I called around to several salons with no luck until I reached Kristen. I explained the situation to her, and even though she was fully booked, she took the time to call me back just 15 minutes later to let me know she had rearranged her schedule so she could fit me in. That alone spoke volumes about the kind of person she is.
From the moment I arrived, Kristen was so kind, warm, and genuine. She even texted me directions and a map beforehand so I wouldn’t have any trouble finding her studio, which is absolutely beautiful, right off Tualatin Lake with a stunning view.
Over the next couple of hours, we talked, laughed, and shared stories like old friends. It didn’t just feel like getting my hair done, it felt like spending time with someone who truly cared. Not only did my hair turn out perfect (the color and trim were exactly what I wanted!), but I left feeling lighter, happier, and so grateful for the experience.

This is the only place I'll get my nails done at. Not only were they more than willing to take care of me 30 minutes prior to closing, they were also able to accommodate a couple who showed up at closing as they were stuck in traffic. Also my nail tech Quin who not only took her time, but did a great job.

I agree this is an exceptional company and our plumber Tyler was outstanding. After trying to get a new Toto Drake toilet installed upstairs in our house we got quotes in town ranging from indeterminate to $1500. When I talked with our supplier the fixture gallery in Tigard they recommended Rayborn’s Plumbing. Tyler came out and was very careful and meticulous in taking out the old one and eased it down the stairs on a trolly. He put the new Toto in quickly and hauled the old one away and hauled the wood palette from the Toto away no additional charge. The Toto was cleanly installed and cleanup was great. The total cost of installation about $300. My wife and I couldn’t be happier and we have to encourage everyone to use Rayborn’s and Tyler.

The best customer service I have ever experienced! Had them come clean three wool area rugs that were left by the previous owners of the house I purchased. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the cleaning I paid for but hesitated to call because I really didn't know if the previous owners cleaned them properly before leaving them behind. He seems truly happy to help customers, which is a rare find these days. I've been to the showroom 2x and spoken with him on the phone 3x and each time he is consistently helpful, chipper, and kind. I have been a patient for over ten years. And I am very pleased and impressed with Dr. Amanda. I had a crown done a year ago, that started to bother me. Dr Amanda looked at it and found the issue and while it was done a year before she started managing the office. She owned up the issue, and replaced the crown at no charge. That was above and beyond what I expected and more importantly she did the crown right and I haven’t had any issues with it since.
If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend you visit their office and talk to them. Aside from the new doctors being amazing. The rest of the staff the front office, hygienist and assistants are experienced, knowledgeable and absolutely a joy to work with.

I checked him out he was open on Sunday so I called at 6:30 AM to leave a message to get an appointment, he called me back at 6:35 got me in a few hours later. Tualatin Park Veterinary Clinic is a professional, caring place for our dog, Benson. We always receive thorough, thoughtful and compassionate care and low stress environment. Highly recommend the caring, and knowlegeable staff!
I would like to extend my deep appreciation to Dr. Ghitea and his staff for the wonderful care that they provided to my cats and dogs for more than a decade. Dr. Ghitea's veterinary services were always excellent and reasonable. I always walked away feeling that my animals were well taken care of without it costing me a bundle. One time, Dr. Ghitea pulled some rotten teeth from my dog without even charging me. He took excellent care of my Samantha (cat) over the years, and I believe she made it to 20 as the result of his care. When my beautiful Samantha was on her last days, Dr. Ghitea comforted me and told me the truth that it would not be long saving me from spending money that wouldn't prolong her life any longer. Sadly, Samantha passed away about a week later in my arms although she had a wonderful life. I moved to No. Idaho this past year and will greatly miss Dr. Ghitea and his staff along with the memorable conversations that we had over the years. Thank You Dr. Ghitea and staff, my pets and I will miss you!

We started coming here in 2018 when the rescue we got our pup from recommended it. When we got our 2nd pup a couple years later through a different rescue, they recommended the same place. We lost the vet we had been using for our two cats, but we didn’t really like them anyway. Yesterday we brought our 15 year old Kitty in, and they were so sweet with her. They’re just always so good with our pets, everyone is so friendly, and we always have a great experience.
I’m also going to speak to the cost. Vet care is expensive, but their pricing is fair and reasonable. It’s also really nice to not be constantly upsold on this or that. They have the info, but they don’t push or shame you to make expensive decisions on things your pets don’t need. They listen, and recommend what you really want and need for your pets instead. We’ve never had to turn away a service because it was too expensive at Willamette.
In addition, we drive almost an hour to get there even though we have plenty of vets within 5-10 minutes of us. Even in Friday afternoon traffic, it’s worth it to go the extra distance.
Obviously nobody wants to have to visit an emergency vet, but I will say that the employees here are incredible. We had to bring Pumpkin in multiple times this week for seizures, and Dr. Warren was the main vet that was taking care of Pumpkin. She was incredible at updating us and I never felt like we were taking up too much time or like she was trying to rush us with decisions. Heather was the main front office employee we spoke with (she also was on shift a while back when we had to take Pumpkin in because she swallowed floss). Heather is the perfect mix of straightforward and compassionate that I needed for the high stress situation I was in. I was nearly inconsolable and it felt like Heather knew exactly what to say to help. I am so grateful for everyone I interacted with, and I watched the incredible compassion and care from all employees multiple times while waiting in the waiting room. 5/5 stars, I hope I never have to go back but if I do I know that my animals will have incredible care throughout the whole process. I’ve had a lot of massages in my life. She listened to me and adapted her technique and pressure accordingly. She is communicative while I am on the table, but not chatty. She was effective and I feel much improved from when we started. Easily top 5 therapists I’ve ever seen. She’s good. Real good.
I received a radiance facial from Emily Hunter today which was divine. A must for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The products are lovely and treatment is more massage focused. Not only was my facial amazing, wow, I love this space. The windows and plants create a unique spa environment that’s exceptionally luxurious and relaxing.

Had an issue with my neck muscles and could barely turn my neck side to side. But after my massage it was almost back to normal! One of the best massages I've ever experienced.
