Overall, very good experience. The ultimate price came out just a bit higher than quoted, but overall was happy with the service and finished product. Everything works and looks great!

They got back to me within 24 hrs even during the holidays and got the earliest convenient appointment time for me and answered all my questions. They gave me the pricing ahead of time and the what to expect and what is needed for the appt. They gave me the checklist prior and it was so easy to complete. As for the days heading to the and during the appointment, I got a confirmation call and even asked me if I they can come in early. The electricians were professional and gave me an ETA of completion and run me through the car charger details after. I am very satisfied and since then been using my car charger.
