Pro Drain is my new go-to for drain issues! Over the weekend, we discovered a clogged kitchen sink. Think piles of dishes soaking and no way to clean or run dishwasher.I called Monday morning a few minutes after 8 am, and by 10:05 am, Austin had the drain clear. I joked that I should have him clean every drain. He said that wasn't a good use of my money and he wasn't going to try to up-sale anything. Fantastic honest company.
We called Pro Drain last week with a problem that other people were having trouble solving. Everyone that came out from Pro Drain was kind and knowledgable. They eventually came up with a creative solution to solve a tricky problem. I appreciated their perseverance and concern for our house. I would 100% recommend them and use them again.
Wow, these folks are awesome. I'd been dealing with a problem of my kitchen sink backing up into laundry sink. The gentleman who arrived was professional, prompt, took care of the issue, (on very old, funky plumbing, I might add.) Cleaned up after. They were able to fit in me today. And they were half the cost I was quoted for a 3 day out appt. with another company. They came recommended by a plumber we know, and I'm so glad we called them. 100 percent recommend.
