“Chris was great to work with - he was responsive via text and would call the day before coming out to confirm the time. Jason, who did the work, was really nice, communicative and kept me updated on progress. If I had questions, he explained things and double checked issues I was concerned about. We had a couple of little house projects - dry rot on some siding, a sink that needed replacing. It was nice that Chris (and team) were able to take care of all of the issues, including the painting instead of going to multiple people and the price was really reasonable. For the one thing he couldn’t do (water heater in the attic) he gave me recommendations, which was really nice. Overall, great experience, work looks great. We will definitely call again as house repairs pop up!”

“Craftwork Plumbing is, simply put, the best plumber we have ever worked with...and as homeowners of various properties for decades, we have worked with many. We contacted Craftwork because a large home builder in the area recommended them. A dramatic spike in our water usage has occurred, and after much DIY work checking toilets, the sprinkler system, etc., the origin of the leak was still a mystery. Enter Craftwork. They came out right away, consulted with us, and recommeded we hire a leak detection expert. Craftwork's front office then went into action, finding vetted leak detection companies for us, going above and beyond to get us scheduled. Amazing communication and efficiency. The leak detectors came out and immediately found the source of the leak; The male PVC adapter that connects to the brass shutoff valve to the house developed a crack. Craftwork said they would come out and repair it right way, but the scope of this project, once the leak was identified, was something we could fix ourselves. Even though we didn't have Craftwork do the work, the plumber who had initially come out still supported us with the repair by texting advice and even a supplies list. He didn't have to do that. And the front office also called and followed up with us. In all, Craftwork never made a dime from us but had been out to our house, found us a leak detector, and supported us throughout the DIY repair. This type of intergrity and service, in my experience, is extremeley rare. If we ever need a plumber again we know who to call. I wish I could give them 6 stars!”

I texted them what I needed, and Marcus called me back within minutes to confirm and actually set up an appointment for later that exact same day. When he arrived, he worked quickly and efficiently to install a shower valve that someone else had completely butchered. He even took the time to check our drain while he was at it.<br><br>Paying was a breeze with a simple online invoice, but what really blew me away was his willingness to go above and beyond. We realized after the fact that we had undermeasured and needed the shower height raised by a few inches (totally our fault, not his).
