I don’t know where to start, besides with these guys are the ABSOLUTE best. The ladies up front are so sweet and helpful, and Dr. Katrina Ramsell is truly the most caring, wonderful, best vet I could’ve ever hoped my sweet little babies (ferrets) could see. Each time they come I know that they are in the best hands possible and will be treated as if they were their own. They have no doubt saved many of my babies, multiple times. They also handle the tragic part and provide a wonderful option for cremation care post life. I will continue to make the drive and take my rabbit there. They were very thorough with her exam and knowledgeable with rabbits; it's been rare to find a vet who does more than a quick glance at rabbits and sends them on their way. It was also nice to get a revisit on food etiquette with her so she's now on a diet and getting healthier.

I don't even know where to begin with this staff, and especially Dr. Ramsell. I've been taking my ferrets to her for years, and I'll just be up front with it, I do not have great income. On more than one occasion I went into each visit expecting to max out my credit card, anything to help my little tubes out over my own needs. Each time I expressed concern about monetary costs, and every time, Dr. Ramsell and staff would find a way to get my ferrets what they needed. She helped them live to 7 and 8 years old because of her generosity.One of them just passed away this week, but if it wasn't for her, he would have been gone years ago because of his adrenal disease.
