Been coming to Vital for almost 2 years and every therapist I’ve worked with has been amazing and accommodating. Just went through pregnancy and was able to get massages throughout and now I’m working through postpartum. I’m always asked what’s bothering me so they can focus and they always ask if I have questions and suggest what might be best for the next session with what they find. Stop in and try it out - you won’t regret it (get a hot towel or aromatherapy add on too!)
Everyone I have seen at Vital has been amazing. I always leave refreshed and better than when I came in. In my last massage with Lisa she focused in my problem area and relieved a ton of shoulder tension I didn’t even realize I was feeling.
