I was looking for a dentist away from all the local dentists I've tried close to my house. I looked up dentists in the Beaverton area and Dr. Alex Marrero at Summercrest Dental popped up. I called and talked to the receptionist for probably 15 min. She was so nice and I felt like she really wanted to get to know me and what I was needing done. I went for the first time to Summercrest Dental, Dr. Alex Marrero and his team. I felt like they all really were happy to get to know me and took their time doing that. Dr. Marrero was very kind, humorous, relatable and I felt like he did not judge me, like other dentists have in the past. Dr. Marrero did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth and he fixed my front tooth chip that I have hated and not wanted to smile in pictures in years. I have not had a dentist do such a nice job working on my teeth in years. He had no problem giving me as much numbing as I needed to make my comfortable. I am so very glad I met him, and feel like I have finally found a good dentist who does things right the first time. Thank you to the Summercrest Team.
Best Dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Marrero has been my dentist for over 25 years. He is friendly, honest, and the most skilled dentist I’ve ever had. I made the mistake of going to a chain dental office for a root canal. My primary dentist started the root canal and sent me to an endodontist that did the actual root canal. Then I was sent back to my primary dentist to finish the root canal. Each time I was billed for the visit and X-rays. At this point I hit the insurance cap. Luckily my employer changed plans the following month and I was able to return to Summercrest dental for the crown.
