Kennedy is a very resourceful and hard-working young woman who quickly figured out some computer issues that occurred. She maintained her professional demeanour, sense of humour, and friendly attitude and still served other clients' needs, all while trying to overcome whatever was causing the issue with my account. It was commendable, and I wanted the bosses to know that she is doing them proud!The facility is very nice and has a soothing atmosphere about it. There's a spacious lobby with comfortable furniture for those needing to wait, and the vibes are welcoming from the instant you walk through the door. I’ve been mainly going to this location the past couple months due to issues at my former neighborhood location at NW Portland where myself, former employee and other customers were left feeling extremely uncomfortable with an employee coming in heavily under the influence. While I miss my old location and how it used to be this location is doing it right. Most importantly it’s the staff that makes it welcoming. The manager and the rest of the staff are always friendly, never pushy but are knowledgeable about products and what deals I might be interested in and have never done anything to make myself or any other customers uncomfortable.
