Super friendly and accommodating. I’ve tried several in the area but the staff at Pamper Nails are by far the best. They are always so welcoming and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. For example, they were out of a color I wanted to try a, so the tech (Kim) layered two colors to create the look I wanted. She also checked in and made adjustments throughout the service to ensure I was comfortable and had the most relaxing experience possible.

Yen did my pedicure today- everything about it was perfect, and she was so nice! I used to come here semi regularly, and wish I had never gone anywhere else. It was great then and it’s great now. I tried a few different salons in the area but this is the best one by far.

I went in on Sunday for dip nails and by Wednesday the nails were cracking, chipping and lifting. The lady that originally did my nails was not there but Jennifer was amazing she took them off and replaced them and they are beautiful. I have always had great experience here and have no clue what happened this time. So appreciative of Jennifer for making my nails beautiful again.
