Alex Freddi Construction, LLC.
“We highly recommend Alex Freddi Construction and will be using them again in the future. Hopefully by providing details about our experience others will feel confident they are getting quality work at a fair price with good communication throughout. After reaching out, Alex performed an in person evaluation of our bathroom and clearly listened to our ideas. He then provided a thorough written estimate for labor and basic construction materials, and outlined the scope of work and cost for frequently encountered change orders (ex. hourly rate for additional electrical work). He then provided a detailed list of finish materials for us to purchase (ex. tub with dimensions, square footage for floor, shower walls, and back splash tiles, etc). This made shopping very easy with no guess work and allowed for us to prioritize where we wanted to spend more or less. After all materials were on site, construction was able to start and was completed on time. There was good communication about timeline and what trades were present on a given day throughout by the project manager. Renovations are stressful, but Alex Freddi Construction made it a good experience. Again, we would recommend them without hesitation.”
