Had a lovely experience with Thao from start to finish! Writing this review after my first experience with her creative services.I went in for a cut and all over color. She took the time to listen to my wants & needs, shared some expertise, asked clarifying questions, and then began my hair transformation process. Really appreciated the attention to detail every step of the way!While my color was processing, we talked about everything under the sun. Thao is really the best in OC! I've been coming here for 2 years. She is the only one that can lift my dark black asian thin hair without causing any damage. She gives you honest advice and knows what's best for you. I usually went with her suggestion and always happy about the results. I never have to sit in the salon for 4-5 hours like other places because Thao is just so knowledgeable and experienced in her work, time pass fast in her salon. Recently I had haircut done by someone else, she was able to point out what went wrong and fix it so quickly !
