I've been struggling with a 3 year old GoodMan 2-Stage furnace (with 10 yr warranty) installed poorly by another co. & have had nothing but problem since the install (parts, unit going on/off, unit not working, no heat, emergency gas line cut-offs with Enbridge emergency gas cutoffs & fire trucks and all!!!
So this winter began & the unit was kind of working, then in February when it got extremely cold the unit completely died. I called in 3 other companies and they had NO clue what they were doing, none of them had any tools to properly test & diagnose the issue and I think experience was a factor as well; they all left me with no heat in -20 degree celcius weather for days.
As I was getting very frustrated, I opened up my Instagram for a break & I see an add for KobistAir, I called them directly from the ad & Ali answered. He was very responsive & explained he was out of town for a commercial job but will send his partner Joe same day to look at it. Joe called me and he was at my home within 2 hours. I explained the background and all the messing around and multiple years of problems with this new unit and he went at it. Got Goodman on the phone & followed their steps after I explained to Goodman what I've been through. He tested the crap out of everything & filled in multiple sheets that Goodman requested. He also ran out and grabbed some warranty parts and replaced them as well.
Long & short of it is, these guys know what they are doing, they have the right tools and they are very nice people. I am happy I finally found a HVAC co. that knows what they are doing instead of doing dangerous and unqualified work and overcharging.
I highly recommend their services and my recommendations do not come lightly!

She managed to get me a lighter colour in half the time it would take other colourists and for the first time, my hair was not damaged. Only thing because of which I deducted one star here - I called in advance for my booking for 3:30pm. Their previous appointment person came late so they called me a few times to postpone my appointment to accommodate the latecomer’s time. This was really not cool. When I said I can’t come late coz I have other appointments, they said okay come by at 3:30 and we will start then. Then I reached before time in fact and waited. My manicure started at 3:45 afterall.

I have been going to Shay for many years! Shay is so good at what she does! Sugaring is the best and gentlest way to remove hair (way less painful than waxing and lasts longer)! Started going to Danesh Aesthetics about a year ago for hair enrichment. Though the process may be long, I'm slowly starting to see some progress.
Dr. Danesh has been very helpful providing me the needed prescriptions and helped me understand the steps on what to do. He also provided me a bit of education on how hair cycles work, which gave me a clear understanding on what my body goes through before and after I take the hair enrichment.
The staff are great people and I enjoy my time talking to all of them while they do my hair treatment (there are sessions where I will take a nap, so not all the time :D). They handle my head with care as they are doing the treatment and always made sure to ask if the radiofrequency is too hot.
As of writing this review, though I may have quite a bit of sessions to go, I look forward to seeing the end results. Thank you Dr. Danesh and his staff for all your help up to this point!

Within this plaza there's two locations that are just a couple of storefronts apart. We came for a consultation and ended up purchasing a package for facials. We even splurged for an upgrade from the basic facial. My facial from Helen was so refreshing. I will admit that getting those pesky blackheads out was very intense but other than that my skin felt so good after.
Awful quality and old products. I've been doing my nails for over a decade and they have never broken or come off before 3-4 weeks. I came here as it was close and convenient to do a bio gel set before vacation. 3 nails broke off by day 2, and all my nails continued breaking off and snapping every day at the exact same spot. When I came back from vacation I called them to let them know and they said they can't do anything as I "peeled" off my nails (they were all broken so I took off the broken parts left) and because I didn't come in right away... I told them I was in another country and regardless nails shouldn't break off by themselves within less than a week of having them done and they refused to do anything for me. I WOULD NOT BOTHER COMING HERE. My regular salon would fix and apologize immediately if their products were faulty or their nail person did a bad job. This picture was taken within 48 hours of having them done. Cheaper to get Walmart press ons... Even those stay on for about a week.

I made an appointment with these folks after my regular nail salon gave me a set of nails I was very unhappy with. Mimi took a look and recommended I strip the old ones off and go with a simple dipping powder overlay; as I had enough natural nail to do so. As Mimi had another client to attend to I had another woman ( I didn't catch her name) take over and she took such great care ensuring that my nails looked natural and gave recommendations for the future to keep them looking great! Thank you both so much for giving me such great service! You made my birthday start off the right way! I'll be making another appointment in a few weeks time!!

I needed to upgrade my panel from 100-200A and contacted several electricians for quotes. Kiyan Electric responded first and completed a site inspection before I heard from the other two.
Vahid thoroughly explained the process, what was entailed and from his experience, what we had to watch for. For example, recent code changes impacted what meter base to use and he came equipped with two types the morning of the upgrade to pass our Utility’s requirement- good planning saved time and money.
The quality of work was excellent, the job completed on time and cost estimation. I will use and recommend Kiyan Electric again.

it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Allen at Unique Potlights. I had my popcorn ceilings done and Ceiling Pro had recommended Unique Potlights, and Im glad they did. Allen and his hard working assistant, Harly worked hard to get all 32 pot lights ( 12 of them in my 17ft ceilings) installed the day before my popcorn ceilings were done. Allen even followed up a few days after to make sure all was good once the popcorn ceilings were done and the pots were popped back in.
I would absolutely recommend Unique Potlight to anyone considering having new potlights installed.

Needed to duplicate a simple key for the storm door. A few years ago, it was not a problem at Home Depot, but after they installed automated machines, the key was rejected. Fortunately, I found this place, and they have literally all kinds of key blanks to duplicate. Fast and easy. Happy customer. It is kind of located on the main street, but there is parking behind the other building, just a couple of minutes walk away.

The D&H crew are a very nice and professional team. We met them when they were working on a roof project in our neighboorhood. Dr. Horowitz fixed my back. I’m a 36 year old female and had cocydnia, suffering from back pain for 10 years. After having an x ray and realizing the condition I found dr Horowitz and started treatment. Dr. Luminsky is a trustworthy doctor who, with his vast knowledge and experience, can guide you toward the best solutions. I had been looking for a doctor like him for many years. His knowledge and approach combine both Western and Eastern medicine. Based on that perspective, his assessments were all clear and convincing to me. He pointed out not only the areas where I felt pain but also many underlying issues I wasn’t even aware of. I actually started to look forward to each treatment session.
To explain a bit more, my main concern was frozen shoulder, but he also discovered plantar fasciitis, pelvic tilt and twist, a locked hip, a locked scapula, a hunched back, and tightness in my neck and at the base of my skull. The first treatment included cupping therapy, sound therapy, breathing techniques, and manipulation of the bones and muscles. These treatments help enhance the body’s natural healing ability, so I’m excited to feel my body improving from now on.
I’ll update this review with my results later. Since stress and overthinking can make the sympathetic nervous system dominant and lead to physical discomfort, I’m also planning to cultivate better relaxation habits and put them into practice.
