Smart Renovations
“We had a great experience with Smart Renovations. From design to product selection and planning. Jenara and Magie made the entire process smooth and stress‑free, offering thoughtful recommendations, suggesting smart design adjustments, and presenting alternative products and solutions that helped keep costs low without compromising the look or quality. Their costing breakdowns and well‑organized payment schedules made everything predictable and easy to manage.
The contractors who came on-site were skilled, respectful, and consistently kept the workspace tidy. Fred, our PM, was remarkably thorough. He was very meticulous in reviewing each stage of the work and ensuring the craftsmanship met a genuinely high standard. While Fred was away, Tina stepped in seamlessly and coordinated schedules that fit our timetable and availability, ensuring everything stayed on track.
The entire team delivered outstanding quality, professionalism, and care from start to finish, giving us a renovation experience that truly exceeded our expectations.”
RenoEthics Contracting - Richmond Hill
“Removing a load‑bearing wall was scary. RenoEthics brought in an engineer, showed us the stamped drawings, and explained how the new beam would carry the load. During install, they checked in frequently and took photos we can keep for our records.”
