“Owning a condo unit in one area of the country and living in another can create some challenges when repair work is needed and you are not there to either do it yourself or oversee the working being done. We had been searching for someone to replace a damaged bathroom vanity top for over a year and then remembered hearing about Mr. Handyman. We contacted them and Steve promptly got back to us with a detailed quote. We knew what we wanted and had our tenants pick up the new vanity top and then notified Steve that they were ready for the installation. Steve made the arrangements and the new unit was installed with the room being left spotless afterwards. He did not complete the invoicing until we had seen a photo of the completed work and stated that we were happy with the end result.
