The host was incredibly hardworking and attentive—honestly, he did more for us than our server. Whenever we needed something, he was always there to help with a smile and never seemed annoyed, even though we asked him several times.

Unfortunately, our server rarely checked on our table. I understand that it was busy, but it’s noticeable when someone is truly present and attentive on the floor. As a server, it’s important not to forget your tables, and we felt much more taken care of by the host than by our server.

“I had an amazing experience getting my tape-in extensions done with Amanda! I initially got my tape-ins done elsewhere and the placement was uneven and very uncomfortable. She was able to fit me in the next day and carefully removed the old tapes, reinstalling everything, and blending the extensions perfectly with my natural hair. The placement feels super comfortable and the blend looks so natural. She’s very patient and detail-oriented, and you can tell she really cares about the final result. They won't try to 'push' products or package in your face, which is what I like about the place. Owner of the place should consider having more flexible package, and update your website to provide info on your services and large variety of machines!“

We even splurged for an upgrade from the basic facial. My facial from Helen was so refreshing. I will admit that getting those pesky blackheads out was very intense but other than that my skin felt so good after.“
