I asked Andy if they could install the brackets while replacing the roof shingles. He said yes, but I didn’t have the bracket yet that we had ordered online the day they were replacing the shingles. Andy said no problem, just call him when we get the bracket and they’ll pop by and install it. Sure enough, when I called him he sent a couple of his guys by and installed it for us.
