Found Icon Pest Control on a web search for a local service and I sent an online message to ask about clearing a squirrel from our chimney. I received a text response within a few hours, booked an appointment and Tyler came the next day. He gave me a verbal quote after assessing the work required and stuck to the quote. Fully explained my options, the work he would do and the costs involved. We have a 3 storey home with a very steep roof. Just getting to the chimney was a challenge. I was impressed how professional (and safely) he accessed the top of our chimney entrance. He ensured nothing was in the nest before closing off access. I had a great experience with them.I called in the morning and omid came to inspect our house after couple of hours.(very fast and on time)After fast inspection he came up with solution for blocking the mouse entrance and gave me some useful recommendations about blocking their way in.He also deployed some mouse trap for getting rid of the them at our house.Omid is professional and friendly and I am really satisfied with their service.
Had an issue with a raccoon in the eaves trough. Called in the morning and we’re there in 2 hours. Went up to roof in the rain. Tyler was great! Still waiting for my email but the service was excellent. Definitely recommend!! Don’t forget to follow me!!
