Found Icon Pest Control on a web search for a local service and I sent an online message to ask about clearing a squirrel from our chimney. I received a text response within a few hours, booked an appointment and Tyler came the next day.
He gave me a verbal quote after assessing the work required and stuck to the quote. Fully explained my options, the work he would do and the costs involved.
We have a 3 storey home with a very steep roof. Just getting to the chimney was a challenge. I was impressed how professional (and safely) he accessed the top of our chimney entrance.
He ensured nothing was in the nest before closing off access.
For the next few days we had one pissed off squirrel, but the covering was not coming off.
We were extremely happy with the value of the work for the price we paid, the work done and we would highly recommend Icon to anyone. Top notch.

To Whom It May Concern
My name is Sandra, I would like to commend the young man, Pouer, that provided such excellent service, patient, pleasant, kind and helpful, did his job in a very professional way, cleaned up after himself. Great to see young people today, work as though they enjoy every minute of it. Good Luck Pouer in all the paths you take in life. Icon Pest Control appears to be a very reliable company, did an excellent job. They also guaranteed if the first visit did not take care with the first treatment, they would come back and do a second.
Thanks and take care
Sandra
Steve provided my family incredible peace of mind. He thoroughly checked out the entire roof and attic after we had an absolute raccoon party on the roof last night. He insured there were no entries or attic surprises. Thank you for the same day service!
