“Modern Reno completed renovations to two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry area and foyer mid December.<br>Two reasons for this delayed review are- we were traveling and I wanted to make sure everything worked.<br>First and foremost we love our newly renovated condo. Right from the beginning it was a pleasant experience. Sadiya, the designer and point person was excellent. She listened to what we wanted and came up with designs. She was wonderful at sourcing materials and fixtures that matched our tastes and requirements. She was available and communicated with us at every stage.<br>Zoltan, Hamid, Kamaal, Jameel and the team were excellent. The tiles laid in the bathroom and kitchen by Zoltan are very pleasing to look at and fittings by Hamid and Jameel look good. We were pleased that they consulted us and explained our options.<br>MRP also followed up with us on details that we wanted changed after we began using our renovated home.<br>Overall a very good experience and we would recommend MRP to anyone who wants a small space to look bright and feel comfortable.”
