I was so afraid and anxious before visiting here but Ellen is a gem. I got my wax done here. The appointment was on time. She made me feel so comfortable through the whole process. She is really good at what she does and thanks to her technique, it wasn't as painful as i was expecting and she really got each and every hair even the tiny ones. She used high quality wax and opened a new box for me and used disposable spatulas on sensitive areas of my body to eliminate the risk of infection. The whole place was very clean. I'd been going to my waxing lady in Markham for decades and recently moved to Richmond Hill. Commuting to Markham for my waxing was taking a toll and I decided to look for a services within Richmond Hill. Of all the places, Ellen had the best reviews and now I can comment on why it is so. My first ever visit to this place was very surprising. The salon is really clean, the services provided are extremely affordable and the quality of the products suggested and used are amazing. Not only for waxing but I got my eye brow threading done too and I couldn't be more happy with the way she did it. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.
