I am very happy with the renovations Denis and his team did for our basement (basically a regut). He provided frequent project status updates, offered advice when unexpected issues came up (which are an inevitable part of renovating), and was generally very responsive. We are so pleased with the service provided by Perfect Basements contractors on our recent basement room development. Our basement apartment with a cosy fireplace and amazing kitchen was done well ahead of schedule, the finished basement apartment is beautiful. All of the terms used here were professional and respectful of our home. We were so impressed with the communication with our project contractor Denis and his pro team.
