The main location we go to is the Markham location but this past weekend we had a dental emergency and needed to see a dentist. All the locations were booked up but the front desk at the Richmond Hill location told me she'll try her best to see if she can get me an appointment the day of. Still not sure what she did but she was able to squeeze me in and I was able to see Dr. Lui.
Dr. Farshadi was excellent. She was able to accommodate my emergency appointment the day before my trip and provided the necessary treatment. Very thankful for her work. Her staff was also very nice. Highly recommended!
Our whole family goes to HTL Dental. We’ve had such a great experience with this dental clinic for our whole family. the staff are warm, patient, and incredibly welcoming—especially with kids, which makes a huge difference.
The dentists are knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything clearly, never rushing appointments or pushing unnecessary treatments. They’re very gentle and attentive, which has made even our most nervous family member feel completely at ease.
Overall, we feel genuinely cared for here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy, family-friendly dentist!
