Ali and his team were amazing to deal with. I was looking to replace my old A/C unit and Ali provided a few options. I had many questions and he took the time to answer all of them which helped us make an informed decision. Not only that, his team was able to work around my renovation schedule to replace the existing line and return another day to complete the installation. This allowed a smooth process end to end. The Michael Jordan of HVAC.
I've been struggling with a 3 year old GoodMan 2-Stage furnace (with 10 yr warranty) installed poorly by another co. & have had nothing but problem since the install (parts, unit going on/off, unit not working, no heat, emergency gas line cut-offs with Enbridge emergency gas cutoffs & fire trucks and all!!!
So this winter began & the unit was kind of working, then in February when it got extremely cold the unit completely died. I had the opportunity to experience the exceptional service of the KobistAir team this past weekend when our 36 year old furnace finally gave out.
I spoke with Ali, the owner, on Saturday morning, and within a couple of hours his partner Joe came over to give us their assessment. Two days later, we had a brand new Lennox, high-efficiency furnace and programmable thermostat installed at a very reasonable price.
