Roman is amazing and a pleasure to deal with. My dad is elderly and things were falling apart in his condo with serious threats of causing major leaks. Roman went out of his way to fix every single plumbing issue for us. He explained clearly to me what was wrong and gave a super fair price knowing my dad is on a very fixed income. He is super professional and knows what he’s doing, and even when he found extra problems he repaired them with no extra charges (and there were quite a few).
