Roman was fantastic. He showed up promptly, assessed the situation, and discovered the issue was more complex than expected. Despite that, he tackled the job right away and explained everything clearly as he worked. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Roman is an honest, knowledgeable and experienced plumber. He was able to resolve our kitchen sink blockage quickly and provided many tips for plumbing care and prevention. Would hire him again for any of my plumbing needs and highly recommend.
Roman is amazing and a pleasure to deal with. My dad is elderly and things were falling apart in his condo with serious threats of causing major leaks. Roman went out of his way to fix every single plumbing issue for us. He explained clearly to me what was wrong and gave a super fair price knowing my dad is on a very fixed income. He is super professional and knows what he’s doing, and even when he found extra problems he repaired them with no extra charges (and there were quite a few). He went up and beyond his “call of duty” at my dad’s place. He even went of his way and picked up the toilets for us at Home Depot. And he’s really kind. He is also really honest....read full review
