“Updated Review: We had an issue with a blocked condensation tube from the ac that was causing considerable overflowing onto the basement floor. We contacted HVAC Trust to advise of the problem and there HVAC tech Salam came by the next day to fix the ac problem, service our condenser (dust and dirt clogging the coils), ac and furnace. Salam was great, professional, knowledgeable and friendly and work was all done to our full satisfaction. Excellent service. We fully recommend HVAC Trust. They are a highly responsive company with very reasonable pricing as well.

We first discussed our plans with Ali who was immensely helpful with all of our many questions. We had installed aa new ac, furnace and a gas line to our backyard BBQ.
Jackie and Kyle our installers did a great job with a nice clean instal and a clean home when they were done. Jackie was great with suggestions and making sure everything was done to our satisfaction and in a day.

Another 5 star for the technician and the service experience. AC broke yesterday (hottest day of the summer at 39 degrees). I noticed it at 10pm when the house. Got online (am a Reliance customer for my water heater rental) and booked a service call. Technician was here before 8am the next morning. Changed the capacitor and back in business. Professional fast service. Thank you!

I've been struggling with a 3 year old GoodMan 2-Stage furnace (with 10 yr warranty) installed poorly by another co. & have had nothing but problem since the install (parts, unit going on/off, unit not working, no heat, emergency gas line cut-offs with Enbridge emergency gas cutoffs & fire trucks and all!!!

So this winter began & the unit was kind of working, then in February when it got extremely cold the unit completely died. I called in 3 other companies and they had NO clue what they were doing, none of them had any tools to properly test & diagnose the issue and I think experience was a factor as well; they all left me with no heat in -20 degree celcius weather for days.

As I was getting very frustrated, I opened up my Instagram for a break & I see an add for KobistAir, I called them directly from the ad & Ali answered. He was very responsive & explained he was out of town for a commercial job but will send his partner Joe same day to look at it. Joe called me and he was at my home within 2 hours. I explained the background and all the messing around and multiple years of problems with this new unit and he went at it. Got Goodman on the phone & followed their steps after I explained to Goodman what I've been through. He tested the crap out of everything & filled in multiple sheets that Goodman requested. He also ran out and grabbed some warranty parts and replaced them as well.

Long & short of it is, these guys know what they are doing, they have the right tools and they are very nice people. I am happy I finally found a HVAC co. that knows what they are doing instead of doing dangerous and unqualified work and overcharging.
