Sophie Wellness Centre

I love visiting Sophie's wellness centre. Sophie and her team have helped me both times I needed physiotherapy after being in a car accident. The first time was in 2016 and 2022. Her colleagues are skilled, attentive, and well-trained in traditional Chinese medicine and western massage techniques. I look forward every week to visiting Sophie and the team because I leave there feeling very relaxed and without any pain. I cannot stress how great her centre is, and you will have no regrets about choosing them to help you with any body pains.

We and most of our family friends are going to Sophie Wellness for years love their professional services. Sophie not only take interest in making you pain free but ensure you get right kind of treatment and follow ups. A lot of places hooks up machine and people go away and then unhook and let you go. Sophie is different person and she has interest in curing you. These words are not enough as she has cured my wife on few occasions with her back pain. Thank you Sophie for all help and services to our family.

I have been going to Sophie and her teams for years and they are great! Approachable staff, easily scheduling and all therapists work on areas that I ask them to! Sophie's place is very clean and comfortable, an important factor when I go in for treatments.
