I’ve been at this clinic for a few years. I have chronic pain (fibromyalgia) and Sophia and her team has always been helpful. I do massage, acupuncture, wet/dry cupping depending on my needs. Lately, I have been having herbal tea to help with dampness and bloating within my body and calmness to help with my insomnia. The formula has changed from time to time depending on my needs but it’s been very helpful. Thank you Sophia and her team for your help! Shoutout to the receptionist girls for being so sweet and helpful❣
I’m deeply grateful for my acupuncturist, Soohie, who has helped me for over 20 years with many different health issues. Her care, skill, and consistency have made a real difference in my well-being.
I also want to thank naturopathic doctor Wang, who has profoundly supported my long-term health maintenance. Together, they are a truly powerful and caring team. Highly recommended.
I love visiting Sophie's wellness centre. Sophie and her team have helped me both times I needed physiotherapy after being in a car accident. The first time was in 2016 and 2022. Her colleagues are skilled, attentive, and well-trained in traditional Chinese medicine and western massage techniques. I look forward every week to visiting Sophie and the team because I leave there feeling very relaxed and without any pain. I cannot stress how great her centre is, and you will have no regrets about choosing them to help you with any body pains.
