“Found Icon Pest Control on a web search for a local service and I sent an online message to ask about clearing a squirrel from our chimney. I received a text response within a few hours, booked an appointment and Tyler came the next day. He gave me a verbal quote after assessing the work required and stuck to the quote. Fully explained my options, the work he would do and the costs involved. We have a 3 storey home with a very steep roof. Just getting to the chimney was a challenge. I was impressed how professional (and safely) he accessed the top of our chimney entrance. He ensured nothing was in the nest before closing off access. For the next few days we had one pissed off squirrel, but the covering was not coming off.
