My experience with Hand and Stone was exceptional. They seem to truly care about there clients and provide excellent guidance and support. Bonita, the manager is wonderful - she lsistnes and provide you the right advice with no pressure. Rocehlle was my massge therapist - so knowledgeable and gave me exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Hand & Stone.

I've decided to re-write my 4-star review given some not so pleasant experience recently.My husband and I have been coming here for massages for years. Most of their RMTs are professional and great at what they do. The issue we have been experiencing lately is with their online booking system. It typically lists time slots at the hour or the half-hour mark. Almost every single time we booked something online though, we would get a call / text leading up to the appointment date asking if we have flexibility to move our appointments up or down half an hour to allow the therapist to maximize their time.
