We recently hired Kourtis construction for a substantial renovation. We met with the owner for a pre construction consultation where full details and timeline were discussed along with materials selection. Construction was commenced exactly as planned and we were particularly impressed with the extent of pre construction preparation. The owner kept us apprised almost daily with respect to the progress. All the workers showed up on time and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The job was completed on time as promised with a full professional cleanup the following day.
