My experience at Fluffy Spa with my cat Mochi was outstanding. It was his first grooming session ever, and I had some reservations about how it would turn out. I had requested a more subtle trim for Mochi, avoiding dramatic cuts, and asked them to focus on his chin and bum area. The result was simply perfect! Mochi looked well-groomed without any discomfort. What truly impressed me was his relaxed demeanor when we got home, indicating the wonderful care he received. The staff at Fluffy Spa demonstrated professionalism and a genuine love for animals, ensuring both aesthetics and Mochi's comfort. I have been taking my Persian cat to Fluffy’s Richmond Hill for years. They are so caring and professional and so patient to keep the pets comfort at the highest priority. They have bathed, removed undercoat mats, and maintained his nails. The theme pictures are an extra bonus. I trust them and the results are most appreciated by myself and most important my fur baby. Thank you!

Fluffy spa is great and they do a great job with both my cats (haircut and bath). The only downside is they are very expensive. I used to get both my cats groomed and bathed at a different groomer (unfortunately they closed) for around $180 (both cats with tip included). At Fluffy Spa the same services cost me no less than $350 plus the tip on top. So they are great, but I wish they were more affordable.

We work in an atmosphere where we can help each other if needed on more difficult situations. Working together makes for a successful work day for us and “fluffy”. We take appointments and walk-ins are welcome if the day calls for it. We will have your pet in our care for an average of 2 to 4 hours depending on how our day is going.
