“I happened to wonder into the showroom in Richmond Hill and was greeted by Ana, one of their talented kitchen designers. We’d had a flood a few months before and our insurance company had offered us 3 different kitchen companies but we hadn’t made any decisions yet. The level of professionalism immediately separated smart renovations from the others. They offered a next day appointment for in home measurements. We worked with Ana to design our dream kitchen on their software to establish a rendering. I was extremely impressed with this software and can’t imagine designing a kitchen without it. Ana was very knowledgeable and patient as we had a ton of questions and made a lot of changes before the final sign off. The entire team worked well both with us, and with our insurance company making the experience as stress free as possible. We had a few hiccups after install as one mistake was made in the design however they were quick to offer a correction. Mistakes happen and I couldn’t hold it against them considering how impressed I was with everything else. They still get 5 stars from me.

Not only did Ana bring our vision to life, but the quality of the cabinets is a step above. And honestly, their quote was not only in line with the others but it was even better than some. The best decision we made was going with smart Reno’s for our new kitchen and as a realtor, I will be referring them to my clients who are looking for a new kitchen.
