Visited with a friend for my first bio gel nail experience. Tina, my nail technician, was fantastic. She took the time to explain and inquire about my preferences, presenting various color options. The process took around 50 minutes, but it felt like no time at all. The clean, quiet, and peaceful atmosphere. By the end,my nails look amazing, and the color is perfect. Tina did an outstanding job, and I'll definitely return for more.

It was alright. They were efficient and did a good job cutting, shaping, and painting my toenails. I would have appreciated a bit more dead skin removal without an additional charge. I don't go for a pedicure just for painted toes; I can do that at home. Overall, it was a decent and standard experience.

I come here when I'm short on time because it's convenient. They're good at basic nail designs and usually stick to appointment times. However, I thought the $25 extra for chrome tips was too much, as I felt a small touch-up would have worked. The basic nail service seemed a bit pricey to me, but the final result was okay.
