Just wanted to take some time to send a huge shout out to Hailey at Good Point. I went in yesterday for my tattoo appointment and I couldn't be more pleased. Firstly, the new location is absolutely stunning! My first tattoo ever was done at the old location. This was my first time visiting the new location. The ambiance is very welcoming, and I love how each tattoo artist has their own little private room. Makes it more comfortable for the customers.\\n\\nSecondly, I already had an idea of what I wanted to do for my tattoo, but when I arrived Hailey had some designs drawn out for me. I had a few options to choose from, and she was super accommodating and patient. She truly brought my vision to life. I originally planned on a smaller tattoo, but I'm so glad she advised me to go with the bigger size and I am absolutely in love. We spoke for the entire session.. which made it pain free. Not only is Hailey an amazing tattoo artist, but she's also super down to earth and friendly. Would highly recommend Hailey at Good Point to everyone I know. ?

Priya - one of the owners - sent her condolences and a gift when my mom - one of her clients who passed away - what other business would do that? And my massage therapist Cindy is top notch - she treated my 95 year old mom with compassion and is without doubt THE best massage therapist I have ever had in the last 30 years. I have been to this location 4-5 times. I had both bad and good experiences. Here’s a breakdown.Pros:- I mostly go during after office hours and the location is always busy still the manager was handling everything so gracefully.- Some artists working there has good knowledge and can suggest you good products according to your skin type.- The salon is clean, hygienic, and has no double dipping policy during waxing.- Oakville location has small child play area.Cons:- Depends who is doing your waxing, not all girls are well educated or with good manners. Girl (Loveneet) who did my eyebrows was happy and cheerful. She was greeting me, and asking for my comments in-between.On the other hand, the girl (Parina) who did my waxing, never talked properly. There was no greetings, no smile, nothing. She was looking angry, and I felt like I did something wrong by coming here. She was all ready to bust out.Overall, everything is good, but they need to work on their staff to make sure what their employees are doing behind their back.
This was basically my first time getting lash extensions and I was thoughtless enough to consume quite a lot of caffeine prior to my appointment as I didn’t know how much eyelids could twitch. Four or five years ago, the folks at MacRae came to the rescue after a torrential downpour flooded my basement. They promptly dug out three basement window wells down to the foundation, installed new drains, and filled things up with fresh gravel. Then they carefully put everything in the garden back in place. And if you doubt that they stand behind their guarantee, fear not. Two weeks ago, another sudden downpour and a clogged drain led to another basement spill over. Again, all it took was a phone call and MacRae sprang back into action. Repairing and restoring, all done in a jiffy and at no charge. It turned out to be that the external unit was not connected to the panel, which is something missed during the construction/installation process. Can't say enough good things about our experience having luxury vinyl flooring installed on our entire 1st floor and some carpeting done upstairs. It was Carl's idea to make our 1st floor all the same level and all with the vinyl planking. I was skeptical, being a "carpet guy" all my life in the family room but am now totally converted. The floor looks great, is super easy to clean, and the texture feels great on my bare feet. I had a guest with a pet that used my home as a bathroom. I tried everything. Then I did a whole bunch of research before reaching out to Chem-Dry. I am out of their usual area but they came anyway! Their technician, Nick, was incredibly informative and explained everything that he was doing and why. This treatment made a huge difference to the smell in my home. I'm very happy with the final results.
I can make review for staff only and it is wonderful!My wife got paint (probably) spot on her white winter jacket. We tried to get rid of it on our own but failed. I showed it to the lady in the store and she was honest that the spot is unlikely to disappear, too tricky paint based on her experience. Not worth of spending money and trying. I really appreciate her honesty and will to help instead of getting profit. That's why I love I came to Canada - for good people around :)

English is their second language and communication is good, but not perfect. If they understand your request, you'll get what you want. Well worth the extra 2 minutes to explain.

My husband and I hired Charleston to cater our rehearsal dinner and it was phenomenal!!!! Not only was the food some of the best we have ever eaten (be sure to order the rice paper rolls.... oh my goodness! Delicious!!), the service was seemless and their company was professional and friendly! Like the intriguing man who doesn't drink beer often, but when he does, he prefers Dos Equis, I don't write reviews often, but when I do, it's for something extraordinary. While I am certainly not the most interesting man in the world, I believe that if the Dos Equis guy had a dog, he would prefer that it only be groomed by Allie.I've never been unhappy enough to take the time to write something bad, and I'm not very hard to please, so since I actually did write this review, you can be sure it's because I was thoroughly impressed and absolutely blown away. So much so, that I feel the need to share my amazing experience with anyone that wants to know about it. and that includes a lady from my neighbourhood who I met just after I pulled into my driveway after picking up Sydney from his appointment with Allie.Before I was even out of the car he had bolted across the street to play with her dog. She was admiring his haircut and I told her I had just come from 'The Dog House' on Lakeshore and that it was the best haircut he's ever had. She mentioned that she was looking for a new groomer and I gave her their number.I'm actually writing this now because she just happened to be walking her dog by my house again today and she stopped to thank me for recommending 'The Dog House' to her.Allie is the best groomer I've met in the ten or eleven years since I first went out with my son and daughter to get him as a new puppy. They were also equally impressed with his grooming. Needless to say, teenage kids aren't easily impressed by much these days, so if they are, it's something pretty special. I recall asking them to put their phones down for one minute to 'please' look out the window...as we drove by the most beautiful mountain scenery I'd ever seen traveling through Germany. They barely glanced out the window while I marvelled at nature's magnificence. Sydney's haircut! This had them both in awe. It was like they were seeing a sunset for the first time.Our little doggy finally made it out of a groomer without getting shaved. A product of my laziness and lack of brushing. I bring in a long hair natty mess and he comes home shaved. That's been the deal, until the magnificent Allie got her hands on him.If you truly love your dog, and you really want the very best for him or her, you won't consider going anywhere else again.The Dog house is a place where they will get the love, care and style you wish for them.P.s. The lovely lady from my neighbourhood also had something similar to say about Ashley. She was smiling brightly while raving to me about how amazing they were there. She had just gotten back earlier today, so I can't say how long she will be euphoric about her dog's grooming, but I'm still feeling the love, enough to write this, and I've never really cared at all about his grooming. It's super low on things I get excited about, so I don't know what else I can say. Dog Detailing is absolutely fantastic! My dog Cookie had a run-in with a skunk, and I was in desperate need of help. They were able to fit us in right away and did an incredible job. Not only does Cookie look super cute and smell amazing now, but he also left the grooming session incredibly happy. I have an amazing rescue dog that was not a fan of having his nails trimmed so it was always very stressful for us all but that all changed when we started seeing Sam at The Ark Pet Spa. She is calm and confident and does an excellent job every time! She’s absolutely incredible along with the support staff. I highly recommend them! ?? 4 paws up !!
Clipping our dog’s nails in the past year had gone from tolerable to very stressful for me and my dog. We had tried other groomers but the experiences didn’t feel comfortable. Then I found the ladies at Dip and Clip. We have gone twice and had each groomer once. They were so comfortable with him, the job was done quickly and they were able to cater to our needs and trim him outside - as he is super reactive to other dogs. I’m super grateful to them for helping us get his nail situation under control!!
I have had the pleasure of working with Susan for the last few months! She has now become a part of our family and a dear friend. She is fabulous, loving and so kind to all three of our fur-babies! Susan takes time to hear our new grooming ideas and makes magic happen! Our two Morkie puppies(6mos), (started them with Susan at 15 wks old) and Emerson 1.5yrs (Boston Terrier /Jack Russle mix) love Susans energy and this is so important. They see the van from the bay window, tails wagging and now know that it’s her! :) Adrianna the owner, is wonderful to connect with, kind, respectful, efficient, quick to respond and create our grooming calendar. The knowledge and experience I have gained from Roadaware has helped me learn about safe and responsible driving and become a more confident driver. The place is very organized and the staff is very serviceable and helpful, they provided all necessary information in order to convert my driving license from another country to Ontario Province. One opportunity for improvement would be to allow the knowledge test room to be quiet, thus permitting the applicants to concentrate better in their tests.

Today was my first time visit to the clinic for a cleaning appointment. Was greeted with warmth by the staff. The whole process from start to finish was smooth. Special mention to my hygienist Fatou.
