I had to replace my roof after some ice damming and these guys did NOT disappoint. Dylan, the owner, was approachable, easy to talk to, always got back to me in a timely fashion, and took the time to answer all my questions.
Day of, the crew arrived when they said they would. Made sure I understood the work they were completing and always checked with me with the placement of their equipment and tools. They were polite, respectful, and made sure to thoroughly clean up everything before they left. Constantine and Dmitri were fantastic and let me chat with them a bit and enjoyed a couple of laughs before they finished up the job.

I received a deep tissue massage from Dawson and he was able to hit all the spots in my low back that released significant pressure. Also was able to bring more range of motion back into an acute shoulder injury I was suffering from. He is very intuitive and has a calm presence with great bedside manners. Being a Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist myself visiting from BC we were able to have a good chat about Acupuncture and I would refer my own patients to him for treatment. Profound knowledge in the Art of Acupuncture.

Iffat directed on how to manage the colour of my very worn out balayage with alot of grey roots showing. Raman did the coloring and and cut and I couldnt be happier! I had a great time at Indulgence. Tammy is a warm and friendly professional, happy to offer personalized services in a clean and private setting. She thoroughly cleans in-between appointments to ensure a high standard and really loves what she does. Her pedicure room is so tranquil and it's a really nice 1-on-1 experience that you don't often find elsewhere. She did a fabulous job and I will definitely be back again in the future!
Mayadah my Spa attendant was fabulous. She did the scrubbing and over all hammam really well.
I did the Royal Package which included (multiple scrubs, exfoliating, steam) - was very good and worth it.
Some feedback:
-offer multiple packages in the hammam so customers can do an entire spa day. Especially if driving from far.
-offer a bathrobe & head towel at all times instead of just 1 towel. I had to ask for a head towel.
-offer tea /juice/ dates after the hammam, as steam dehydrates the body. It doesn't have to be alot..just something small.
-offer slippers to walk around until in yhr salon, as after the hammam it just makes sense.
-please offer proper natural finished /natural good blow out / blow dryer part of royal Package.
-if possible instead of Just the hot shower, keep a Steel Balti (water bucket) for pouring water over client during hammam - it is traditional, will help save up water cost and also authentic.
-good hospitality goes a long way.
Once again, really good job, I will certainly come again. Nice to see a piece of home away from home.

I got my back dermals pierced less than a week ago at a different tattoo/piercing shop. I had it checked out by my original piercer who admitted to piercing it too deep and he attempted to wiggle it out so it was more flush with the other piercing. When i woke up i noticed the piercing has already gone back in much further as I had suspected and it was severely swollen, and i know longer felt trust in this piercer so I called Way Cool tattoos and explained the situation. I was greeted by the kindest most respectful girl (I truly apologize for forgetting her name because she was absolutely wonderful), who apologized for what I had gone through and did everything in her power to get me in for an appointment to render the situation and had me booked in within less than 2 hours. I came into the shop and everyone in the shop is absolutely wonderful. Norm was who took care of me and I can honestly say I have never in my life met a kinder, gentler, respectful person in my entire life. I feel so guilty for taking up so much of his time to render a situation that was no fault of his own. It took a little over an hour and a half to get this piercing out, it could have been so much faster if he went against my wishes of stopping when i needed breaks but not once did he make me feel guilty or weak for needing him to stop. He respected every stop, every scream and every breath i needed throughout this entire process. He will help you with your breathing, coach you through your experience, and I have never had someone be so respectful of boundaries regardless of how much time of theirs you take up (which i genuinely feel awful for). Through it was very unfortunate my piercing had to come out, i have never been so grateful to meet someone who cares about the people they service, not just the money they would make piercing something they’re unsure of. I only had the pleasure of meeting two staff members, but i can only imagine how wonderful the rest are. For all future piercings or tattoos I will go to Norm indefinitely (provided he’d be okay with that after having to comfort me as i cried), truly the kindest most understanding person i have ever met and I could not be more grateful that he was who took care of me during this experience. Thank you Norm, and thank you Way Cool Tattoos, you have no idea the impact this expertise has had on me.

After being to the Kia dealership and being told a new fob is going to cost approximately $700.00 and I wouldn’t have my key for 2-3 days.
How is one supposed to go to work?
I called Pop A Lock, I was asked when I wanted the new key. As early as noon and they would come to my employment. It was decided 6-630pm., at my home. Communication was constant and I was informed appointments were running late. But as promised the very friendly technician arrived at 800pm.. 20 minutes later I had a new key and fob. Total cost $206.00!!!

When we came across Cudmore's in our search - we knew from the first email response that they were different! During our initial consultation, we walked through our vision, goals and budget - and Will promptly followed up with a detailed step-by-step plan of what to expect, timelines and a commitment to ensuring we were always on the same page! The design process with Erica was collaborative and she captured our vision perfectly.
At each step of the process, the entire team was always in lock-step with one another - responsive, approachable and respectful. Working with Will and the team from Cudmore's feels like working with people you've known forever - with a wonderful comfort and ease in all aspects.

Reached out about improving my backyard. They were responsive and walked me through several suggestions during a consultation, and were upfront that they have a $5,000 minimum project size. My project turned out to be smaller than that, so it wasn't the right fit for me — but that's on scope, not service. To their credit, they also offered to point me toward other options for the smaller work I needed. Helpful and straightforward overall; just be aware of the minimum if your project is on the smaller side.

Jin was an absolute gentleman and his work was excellent. He was very meticulous about explaining the process and ensuring that his equipment could access the jobsite beforehand. He was punctual and kept me updated about his arrival time. His equipment was top notch and made short work of my LARGE stump. It would have cost me more to rent a small grinder, including delivery and it would have taken me MUCH longer to complete the job.

Vince and his team removed a huge cedar hedge, removing stumps and roots as well as the foliage 4 years ago. That same day, Vince took care of large problem branches on a yellowwood tree. He and his team did a fabulous job - arrived on time, cleaned up the area of work and were very reasonably priced.
This past weekend Vince’s team removed 3 feet from the height of the remaining hedge 30’ in length) and trimmed the face of the hedge. Once again, excellent work by the fellows and a reasonable cost for the work. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs tree and hedge care - Vince and his team are fantastic.

This clinic was fantastic! I was able to explain my situation to Maria over the phone and she had me discuss my needs with Saurav over the phone. I came in for shockwave treatment for chronic tendinopathy pain. I was immediately comfortable and felt truly cared for. The treatment was thorough and I left with more knowledge regarding my healing path that I have since been using. Unfortunately the clinic is a bit far from me and my doctor has since recommended a closer clinic but I would highly recommend this clinic !

Young Drivers is the best driving school to go to, especially if you have little experience on the road. They teach you quite literally everything you need to know about driving, from the basic rules of the road, to defensive driving, maneuvering around obstacles, driving on highways, and driving in different weather conditions. Great teachers. Keeping 16 year olds engaged for 20 hours in class is no small feat. In car lessons are well organized and help prepare for road tests and real life driving.
Passed my G2 with the help of Ijaz. Thanks to him I was able to learn how to properly park (I sucked before). Hes patient and takes his time to make sure you understand the road and how to maneuver. 10/10 amazing instructor would recommend.
