I went to a number of places when looking for materials for a couple of washroom projects, flooring, etc. Classic Tile was recommended by my plumber, otherwise I might have missed it. It is a very unassuming place from the outside but don't be fooled, they have a fantastic selection of quality products. “We were impressed with Mark and his team right from the get-go. Our downstairs was in desperate need of upgrading which included removal of popcorn ceilings, installing a new bathroom, replacing the kitchenette, adding some new closets, and a bit of a lift to our laundry room. In addition, we replaced the flooring and baseboards on our main floor which look amazing!Mark's staff were on-time, clean, responsive to any changes we asked for along the way, and delivered top-quality workmanship.Ironically, we had some big plumbing issues just two days before the crew arrived to start. Thankfully, they were able to get this unexpected issue resolved quickly. (We were grateful to not have found this issue after the renovations were completed!)Since the work has been completed, we have had so many compliments on how beautiful our home looks, thanks to The Basement Store.
