Fantastic service (I had Mackenzie)! It had been quite some time since I’d been waxed, so I was definitely a little nervous going in. From the moment I arrived, she had such a calm, kind, and reassuring energy that immediately made me feel better.
She was incredibly quick that I barely had time to process what was happening, which honestly made the experience so much less painful than I had anticipated! She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I’ll absolutely be going back to her moving forward.
Madison is the best esthetician at this location. She carries the most experience, knowledge, skill and expertise. She will make sure NOT to leave a single hair follicle behind! She is always honest and upfront when asked about various types of services and products. She can practically wax with one hand tied behind her back and her eyes closed. She is always polite, kind, courteous and accommodating to her clients, no matter what kind of day she's having. Definitely an expert and the best at what she does!
