I have been a customer of Pop-A-Lock of Halton since 2018. Tyler has been there since the beginning and all my interactions with him are nothing but only OUTSTANDING. He knows his stuff and could make great and honest recommendation. I needed to upgrade the locks in my home. Today, Tyler and Dmitri (apprentice) visited my home and got the job done in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company most especially the technical expertise and service fromTyler. I have recommended Pop-A-Lock of Halton to all my family and friends over the years! Keep up the great work! ?

Back in February, I lost one of my keys to my car. With the remaining good key, this company programmed a new key that I bought myself from Amazon (and had cut) for my car.They were fast and efficient.A month later, I noticed that the key would sometimes work, and sometimes not. I reached out to the company, and although it took several emails to get their attention, they did send a technician out to resolve the issue. I now have a working secondary key for my car!The team is very polite, professional and reasonably priced, but they could respond more quickly when issues arise.Thank you Matt for resolving my problem!

Accidentally locked out of the house I called Pop-A-Lock from a google search. I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half until they could come which was fine. Tyler from Pop-A-Lock showed up after about 45 minutes and even apologized for the delay! A minute later I was inside the house and all was back to normal. Amazing! Thank you, your company info is now saved in my phone.
