We have a basement berber carpet that is over 10 years old and might never have been cleaned before. There are several dirt marks in traffic areas, a bit of gum we couldn’t remove and an old fruit punch drink stain that was hidden under a couch. They were able to get it looking like new in less than an hour. They even suggested a way to deal with some wrinkles in the carpet. Office staff was responsive and easy to communicate with.
