I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. she provided education, let me know what was happening every step of the way and checked-in with me to make sure I liked it. I was hesitant to ask for some small shaping and she could immediately tell I wasn't 100%. She did the shaping perfectly and never once made me feel uncomfortable.
