“I can't put into words how grateful I am for the care given by the River Oaks staff. We recently lost our beloved cat, and despite the awful circumstances, Dr. Gold and his crew were amazing. I've been jaded by past vets and felt that I wouldn't ever be able to find a vet that I could trust until I came to Animal Hospital of River Oaks. While their prices aren't always cheaper than competitors, I believe that the service is honest and what I pay for is actually what I'm getting, unlike other vets. Dr. Gold personally called me and explained test results, I never felt rushed when at my appointments and he would always find a way to fit us in, even if we booked last minute, and never charged us extra for it. The vet techs are also amazing as well. I have mostly interacted with Cara and she has been super helpful and kind, has given me excellent advice and is just all around a pleasant personality. I don't know the other staff by name but they have all been delightful. I am very happy to have found River Oaks and I think if you are looking for a vet who genuinely cares about your pets, please check out River Oaks.“
“Taylor is the best groomer we ever worked with. She cares about dogs very much, and knows the best style for different breeds. She has groomed our standard poodle for years, we’re always satisfied each time when we pick up the puppy. We’ll continue working with her.“
