My husband and I went to Factory Tile to shop for our bathroom renovation. We showed up with a few Pinterest photos and some vague ideas and Rosanne was amazing! She was so knowledgeable but she was also incredibly patient. She really took the time to understand our project and our preferences, truly listening to that information and using it to help us pick the perfect tiles. Her guidance was invaluable and we’re so happy with how our space turned out.

Worked with the staff to find a great tile to complete my fireplace project. Tiles were ordered and came in about 4 days. Tracy provided excellent guidance on grout and edging colour. Needed to return unused extra tiles, and the process was super easy.

Great selection of tile and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were a huge help in helping us coordinate colours and patterns that were exactly what we were looking for to renovate our new ensuite.
