I just tried Woof Woof for the first time today. I was a bit hesitant when I saw the store’s decor (Honestly, it’s disorganized and visually unappealing), however Brittany welcomed me and my dog, Milo, so warmly that I was immediately put at ease. She asked about Milo to get to know about any concerns I had and what I was looking for in his groom. She listened carefully and gave me exactly what I was looking for. His cut was smooth and it was obvious that Milo, who was initially nervous, had warmed up to Brittany during his visit.
